Xususan, muassasada o\u2018rindoshlik asosida ishlayotgan xodimlarga mutaxassislik ish staji uchun salkam bir yil davomida ustama haq to\u2018lanmay kelingan.<\/p>\n<p>Mehnat qonunchiligiga muvofiq, xodimning o\u2018rtacha ish haqini hisoblab chiqarishda, uning maqsadlaridan qat&#8217;i nazar, asosiy ish joyi va o\u2018rindoshlik asosidagi ish uchun ish haqi alohida-alohida hisob-kitob qilinishi shartligi belgilangan. Shuningdek, agar jamoa shartnomasida yoxud ish beruvchi tomonidan kasaba uyushmasi qo\u2018mitasi bilan kelishilgan holda qabul qilingan o\u2018zga ichki hujjatda boshqacha tartib nazarda tutilmagan bo\u2018lsa, o\u2018rindoshlik asosida ishlovchilar mehnatiga haq to\u2018lash shakllari va tizimlari, mukofotlar, qo\u2018shimcha haq, ustamalar, rag\u2018batlantiruvchi to\u2018lovlar to\u2018lash mazkur ish o\u2018zi uchun asosiy ish bo\u2018lgan xodimlarga belgilangan tartibda amalga oshiriladi, deb ko\u2018rsatilgan.<\/p>\n<p>Ish beruvchiga kamchiliklarni bartaraf etish yuzasidan ko\u2018rsatma xati kiritildi. Lekin talab bajarilmadi, muammo Toshkent viloyati Moliya bo\u2018limi orqali hal bo\u2018lgach, to\u2018lab berilishi bildirildi. Natijada ish sudga oshirildi.<\/p>\n<p>Bo\u2018lib o\u2018tgan sudda 33 nafar tibbiyot xodimiga o\u2018rindoshlik asosidagi ish uchun 150 mln. so\u2018mdan ortiq mablag\u2018 undirib berildi.
