Ish beruvchining vaji sifatida har ikki xodimning \u201cetarli malakaga ega emasligi va mehnat intizomini muntazam buzgani\u201d ko\u2018rsatildi.<\/p>\n<p>O\u2018z huquqlarini yaxshi bilgan ustozlar adolat izlab O\u2018zbekiston kasaba uyushmalari Federatsiyasining Farg\u2018ona viloyati kengashiga murojaat qilishdi.<\/p>\n<p>Mehnat nizosi sudgacha yetib bordi. Ma&#8217;lum bo\u2018lishicha, ish beruvchi xodimlarni ishdan bo\u2018shatishda eng asosiy talab \u2014 kasaba uyushmasining roziligini olishni \u201cunutgan\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Vaholanki, tuman Mudofaa bo\u2018limining jamoa shartnomasida ish beruvchi tashabbusi bilan mehnat shartnomasini bekor qilishda kasaba uyushmasining xulosasi olinishi shartligi aniq belgilab qo\u2018yilgan.<\/p>\n<p>Sudda ish beruvchi chiqargan buyruqning qonuniyligini na hujjatlar, na mantiqiy dalillar bilan isbotlay oldi.<\/p>\n<p>Sud qarori bilan adolat tiklandi.
